"I wont cheat" - Dale Murphy 

What Dale Murphy wants us to know is that cheating isn't the answer. If you cheat on something then it doesn't count. Knowing that you cheated and not doing nothing about it is wrong. If I were to cheat on something majorly big and having a positive outcome of it I wouldn't feel good about myself because I know that I didn't play good. I wouldn't feel comfortable about myself. If you cheat you might probably feel regretful later in the future. 

“Character Matters Most” - Dale Murphy

What Dale Murphy is trying to say is that your personality is what matters most. Charater matters on how you are with others because it depends a lot. Your character should matter a lot to you. It should matter to you and towards other if you bother to care.
